Shipping
Shipping costs are detailed in the shopping cart at the time of placing the order. To do this, you must be registered and provide the shipping address.
Payment for the order can only be made via bank transfer or PayPal.
Packages are shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after payment is received. The order will be shipped based on the selected mode of transport. Depending on the type of shipping selected, you will receive the corresponding tracking number via email.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling, and shipping. They may consist of a fixed part and a variable part based on the price or weight of your request. We recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order to reduce shipping costs. We cannot group different orders, so each order incurs individual shipping costs.
Packages are carefully packed to avoid damage and loss during transport.
Returns
Global Key-Code S.L. does everything possible to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases in our online store, and we are available to provide you with all the information about the products you wish to purchase. Please note that returns are made at the discretion of the Company’s Management. If you wish to make a return, you must wait for written confirmation from us before sending the purchased product back.
The product can be returned if it is packaged in the original packaging and includes all accessories, documentation, manuals, etc., that were sent with the product. While the products are in your possession, you must keep them carefully. The refund for the returned product will be based on the price of the product and will not include transportation costs. This means that the buyer pays all transportation expenses related to their order.
The legal period for returns is 15 days from the date on the invoice. You must return the package in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and with the corresponding invoice. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
1. Exchanges
1.1. Defective Goods. In the event that the merchandise arrives defective, the customer must contact the COMPANY to resolve the issue.
1.2. Exchanges. If the exchange is due to a mistake by the customer (error in placing the order), they will bear the shipping costs. If the error is ours, the customer will receive the requested merchandise at no additional cost. To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and include all original, unaltered contents. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.
2. Returns
According to Law 47/2002 on Retail Trade Regulation, consumables that have been unsealed, products that have been tested or used and can no longer be sold as new, and products packaged in “blister” packaging cannot be returned once the product has been opened. To make a return, you must always contact us to authorize the return. Only previously authorized returns will be accepted. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and protected in such a way that it is not received with transport seals or adhesive tapes. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

In any case where you need to use the warranty, we will assist you as much as possible; you only need the purchase invoice of the product. If you have lost your purchase invoice, we have a copy, which we can provide you with if you need it.
