Software Module 32 – ImmoBox Temic Mercedes Sprinter, Vito

The memory device is a Motorola MCU, which can be MC68HC05X16 or MC68HC908AZ32, both in QFP64 package.

Important note: if the Motorola MCU is MC68HC05X16, the EEPROM area is locked, so a proper programmer is required to read it.

For MC68HC05X16, the expected file size is 256 bytes.

For MC68HC908AZ32, the expected file size is 512 or 1024 bytes.

Uses TMPro chip or T5 transponder.

The written transponder is ready and programmed to start the vehicle.

Note: if the ImmoBox contains an RF receiver in a metal box, this means the original key had remote control function. In this case, it is also necessary to perform START ERROR repair.
